Should I tip my driver?

YES! Our drivers are your mobile server and work for tips just like servers in restaurants. Please consider their hard work to deliver your food promptly and professionally when deciding on their compensation.


How long will my delivery take?

The estimated delivery time for your order is quoted on the order page. When in doubt, expect about 60 minutes for delivery.


Can I order food from multiple restaurants?
We do not currently accept orders with multiple restaurants on one ticket. However, feel free to place two separate orders, from two different restaurants, to the same address. Multiple delivery fees will apply.


Where do you deliver to?
We provide delivery to most Florence, Muscle Shoals and Sheffield addresses. Just type your address in the box to see what we can deliver to you!


Can I order from any restaurant? 
Yes! Please note that the restaurant's location may impact your delivery fee.


What if I live outside the delivery area?

We cannot currently accept orders outside of the delivery radius. You can check your address on the home page. 


Can I cancel my order?
Once the order has been sent to the restaurant, it CANNOT be canceled. Payment is required after order has been placed with restaurant.


What about specials?
We can only offer each restaurant’s standard menu price at all times. Specials such as lunch discounts, happy hour, and daily specials change too frequently to be included on our menus.


Can a ticket be split?
Yes, you can place a group order and split your ticket before the order is even placed! IF you do not wish to use our group order feature, we reccomend either paying in cash or reimbursing whoever places the order.


Can you deliver restaurants that aren’t on the website?
We cannot currently deliver restaurants that are not on our website. If you like our service, please let your favorite restaurants know that you would love to see them featured on Shoals Takeout!


How Do I Pay? 
You can pay with a debit or credit card when you place your online order. You can also choose to pay with cash at time of delivery. We cannot accept card payments at time of delivery. 


Is there a minimum order?
If there is a minimum order for the restaurant you choose it will be listed on that restaurants page before ordering.


Will inclement weather affect delivery times?
Yes! Our driver's safety is our top priority so severe weather can incresase delivery times. Give us a call if you need an updated estimated delivery time!



If I am outside of the delivery radius, can I meet a driver somewhere?
No, for the saftey of our drivers and to ensure delivery, we do not offer this service.
